Job Description: The City of Haven is looking for responsible and energetic individuals to join our team as Lifeguards at the Haven Swimming Pool for the summer season. If you enjoy working outdoors and ensuring the safety of others, this is the perfect opportunity for you!
Responsibilities:
- Monitor pool activities to ensure the safety of all swimmers.
- Enforce pool rules and regulations.
- Respond quickly and effectively to emergency situations.
- Provide first aid and CPR as needed.
- Maintain a clean and safe pool environment.
- Assist with pool maintenance and setup.
Qualifications:
- Must be at least 15 years old.
- Current Lifeguard Certification (training available for qualified candidates).
- Strong swimming skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to remain alert and attentive for extended periods.
- Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
