 RESERVE-A-DUMPSTERÂFill out and return the APPLICATION to j.harper@havenks.gov and/or a.williams@havenks.gov. Dumpsters are first come, first served basis. Dumpsters will be delivered on a Friday and will be picked up the following Friday. This program is offered year round and a household has 2 free rentals per 12 month period.
