 The City of Haven does allow the discharge of fireworks. Ordinance 687 permits fireworks to be fired / discharged on July 1st through 3nd from 9:00 AM to 11:00 PM and July 4th from 9:00 AM to midnight, and July 5th from 9:00 AM to 10:00 PM. When on occasion the said dates include Sunday, shooting of fireworks shall be delayed until 12:00 noon. Please note that bottle rockets are illegal in the State of Kansas. |
