 The City of Haven does allow the discharge of fireworks. Ordinance 615 permits fireworks to be fired / discharged on July 1st and 2nd from 9:00 AM to 11:00 PM and on July 3rd from noon to midnight and July 4th from 9:00 AM to midnight. Please note that bottle rockets are illegal in the State of Kansas.
